The third of a series of pamphlets promoting the lost Ninelives-developed Princess Maker 4, dating back to August 13th, 1999.

This one focuses on the modern setting with rough ideas for characters, events and costumes. There are a number of fantasy elements interspersed through this one, much more so than in later previews and doujin for this game.

Unlike the other doujin and the 2000/2001 previews, this book goes beyond the elementary school phase of the game. It hints at later encounters in high school and the city with rivals, nature spirits, and visitors from other worlds posing as humans.
